Ethics is a subject of social science that is related with moral principles and social values .So the business ethics can be termed as certain moral principles which will be embedded within a business

It applies to all aspects of business conduct of individuals and the entire organisations.

Law often guides business ethics,while other times business ethics provides a basic framework for that business may follow to gain the public acceptance 

CAN BUSINESS BE ETHICAL??

Any activity can be ethical under the right circumstances-even killing 

in some contexts,Running a business involves making a lot and lots of decision and lots of actions.Some of these can be morally problematic because of business obligations and personal self interest, but that doesn't mean that millions of peoples won't take ethical decisions throughout their business dealings.YES, business can be ethical, most people,in most business conduct themselves ethically most of the time. The exceptions get all the headlines,unfortunately

*ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR:-   In most of the work place it is filled with managers and supervisor and take their positions and power towards their subordinates to mistreat and disrespect them

*MISUSING COMPANY TIME:-  Doing the things at the right time will increase the company's profit. But in most of the time the thing happen is just opposite.They take the company team for their private use majorly

1. ACCURACY:- A company's financial manager ensures that all financial publications accurately and fairly reflect the financial conditions of the company some organisations document ethics guidelines specifically for financial managers
2. TRANSPARENCY:- Financial documents reflects a company's performance related to its peers and its internal strength and weaknesses 
3. INTEGRITY:- A financial manger should face the unimpeachable integrity.Its upto the finance mangers hand that to get the trust of the shareholders and customers.Managers should disclose real or apparent conflicts of interest, such as an investment position in a stock or an ownership interest in one of the bidding companies for a procurement contract. 

Unethical issues in finance

1.  Deliberate abnormal delays in payments to Vendors, Dealers commissions and promotion   costs.
2. Delay in the payment of salary to the employees
3. Not prompt in statutory payments of  PF, Sales Tax....
